Rubix Design, a leading architectural and interior design firm, is seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a Junior Architect and Interior Designer. 20k to 30k per month depending on experience and portfolio

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Design Development:
2. Collaborate with senior architects and designers in the development of conceptual designs for architectural and interior projects.
3. Contribute to the creation of detailed drawings and 3D models using industry-standard software.
4. Space Planning:
5. Assist in space planning and layout design, ensuring optimal utilization of space while meeting client requirements and project goals.
6. Material and Finish Selection:
7. Research and recommend appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings based on project specifications, budget, and design concept.
8. Client Interaction:
+. Participate in client meetings and presentations to understand and interpret client needs, and present design concepts effectively.
10. Project Coordination:
11. Work closely with project managers to ensure the timely and accurate completion of design deliverables.
12. Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate project details.
13. Documentation:
14. Assist in the preparation of construction documents, specifications, and other project documentation.
15. Site Visits:
16. Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions, monitor construction progress, and ensure adherence to design intent.
17. Research and Innovation:
18. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and new materials to bring fresh ideas and innovation to the design process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited institution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other design software.
- Strong conceptual and design skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
