Okotoks/South Calgary
Knowledge and understanding of construction forming process and construction materials would be an asset but willing to train the right person.
Forming/Framing of concrete flat work, gravel, rebar placement in residential and municipal areas
Prepping garage pads, driveways, sidewalks, patios etc.
Daily preparation of sites and completion of tasks as assigned
Maintain site cleanliness
Adhere to all site and company safety policy and procedures, complete hazard assessments.
Measure, form and cut lumber, rake and level gravel, tie rebar, clean up each site after job complete
Strip forms
Safely operate power tools.
-Winter work will be available for the right person as we Install HVAC systems all winter months.
Requirements:
-VERY RELIABLE and HARD WORKING due to VERY HIGH WORK VOLUME,
-Physically fit and able to lift 75-100 lbs with proper lifting techniques.
-Ability to work in a crouched, kneeling or bent over position. Attention to correct body mechanics.
-Attention to detail and commitment to all safety policy and directions.
-Must have own Reliable transportation as the work we do is all over the city, and a class 5 driver's license.
-Trustworthy
-Ability to stick to timelines and start early in the morning 7:30AM -5:30 PM
-Steel-toed boots required.
-Good attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
-Must live in Okotoks or Calgary/ South Calgary preferred
