Job Description

Job Purpose
• This position is a part of the India IM team & will collaborate with the Sales, Marketing & the Activation team extensively.
• The role is responsible for assessing, activating & optimizing the digital activities across IM Portfolio The cornerstone for successful implementation of programs will be guided by focus on Digital Strategy, Channel Optimization & Activation & Performance Analysis for the digital initiatives (HCP and consumers) for the India IM business The role is responsible to adopt Omnichannel approach across HCP engagement across brands (and consumers/patient outreach )and route to market – ensuring consistency of experience for HCPs across channel (content) and FF promotion

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic
• Develop the digital strategy roadmap for the IM business – driving Omnichannel approach, providing consistent experience to HCPs across channels & GTM
• Participate in brand plan & run a scoping exercise for digital initiatives & evaluate the channels for execution
• Define the implementation plan for the campaigns & monitor the SLA's with various stakeholders- both internal and external. Collaborate with the vendors for the execution of campaigns
• Collaborate with CBMs/CBLs and business leaders, to build HCP Journeys for new growth initiatives (Route to Market) – Connect with Pfizer & Medical Colleges (Leap) and Private Corporate Hospitals (Impact)
• Run analytics to assess current & future business trends & deploy plan to accelerate business growth & mitigate risks
• Understand patient journeys and suggest and initiate relevant digital interventions to support ease the patient journey and further optimize patient outcomes. Analyse and further suggest right platforms for interventions to have maximum reach and best outcomes
• Evaluate effectiveness of the digital strategy by developing ROI metrics of the campaigns being run
• Leverage on digital platform for consumer awareness by scientific information dissemination by HCPs
• Have monthly reviews with the Sales, Marketing & Activation teams to keep them up to date on channel/platform development/campaign updates and/or updates to business process/design guide
• Lead innovative content development & deployment across channels with CBMs/CBLs

Digital
• Collaborate with other markets to leverage on the existing digital tools & explore possibility of localizing it
• Leverage on Pfizer Digital solutions in driving initiatives for wider reach of prospects & communication to the existing customers
• Utilize & improvise the usage of digital tools to be able to have market insights & integrate it in the business strategy

Compliance
• Ensure compliance to the processes & conformity to the Pfizer policies in execution of Digital Strategies
• Work in collaboration with the Medical & Marketing team to validate the content developed for broadcast
• Run periodic risk assessment checks & define a mitigation plan for the programs / campaigns being implemented
• Adhere to the guidelines laid down by the Regulators while designing the digital campaigns

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Graduate in any discipline
• Marketing/Digital Marketing Certifications / Diplomas will be preferred
• 8-10 years of total experience including minimum 3-4 years in digital marketing & Services operations

Relevant Experience
• Good understanding of Indian Healthcare market/pharmaceutical industry
• Ability to work in a matrix organization
• Ability to develop and execute structured project plans
• Requirement for compliance to highest ethical standards
• Sound understanding of the use of digital and multi-channel routes of stakeholder engagement Work Location Assignment: Flexible
