Key Skills:
Proficiency in various aspects of bookkeeping: data entry, account reconciliations, general adjustments, and preparation of documentation for journal entries;
Accounts receivable, accounts payable and relevant reconciliations;
Corporate filings and remittances, journal entries, report generation;
Financial statement preparation, corporate and personal tax preparation, filings and remittances.
Your Success will be defined by:
Demonstrated team player
Exceptional analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills; both written and oral
Capable computer skills, specifically a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Very high attention to detail
Multi-tasking, prioritizing, and decision making skills
Strong verbal communication, proof-reading and editing skills
