Social Register Pty Ltd (https://www.socialregister.com.au) is looking for an Online Bidder Manager on Portals like Upwork/Guru/Freelance/People Per Hour/Airtasker etc. to become a part of our growing team. We require a self-motivated and person with leadership qualities to work as Online Bidder and online business development. The person should be keen to learn and grow in the field of business development in the international market.
We are a premium Website development Digital Marketing company based in Delhi NCR & Australia having clients majorly from Australia. Responsibilities and Duties
Lead Generation through bidding channels like Upwork, Guru, Freelance, Elance,Airtasker PPH etc.
Expertise in bidding for projects like PHP programming, CMS (WordPress, Magento etc.),SEO,PPC,SMO and various Ecommerce platforms used in web development.
Expertise in getting requirements from the clients till the project gets finalized.
Negotiation with the clients.
Maintaining the data and keeping track of daily reports.
Identifying, researching and targeting new business prospects.
Gaining new appointments from hot and cold leads.
Offering Company services via Voice/Email/Online.
Prepare monthly pipeline reports for management purposes.
Maintaining long term professional relationship with the existing and new clients.
Candidates should be dynamic to achieve our monthly or quarterly targets.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Should be proficient in Proposal Writing, Keeping Follow-ups, Requirement Gathering.
Excellent Writing Skills and Ability to talk to clients with confidence and conviction.
Interact with clients for their technical requirements.
Generating new leads & Business generation.
Should have hands-on experience of dealing with US/UK/Australian clients.
Should have qualities of time management and patience.
Should have an attitude that is well approachable by the client and understanding their problems.
Candidate must have the basic technical knowledge and should be familiar with IT technologies and SDLC.
Coordination with clients and team along with the timeline.
Should be result oriented & able to work independently

Salary: ₹240,000.00 to ₹300,000.00 /year
