Online Personal Trainer & Coach – Work Remotely with a Thriving Team

RLStrength is growing, and we’re looking for a dedicated Online Personal Trainers & Coaches to help our clients feel seen, valued, and heard.

The Role
As an Online Coach with RLStrength, your job is to ensure every client gets the results they signed up for – and more. You’ll be responsible for:
Client success through our structured training and nutrition programs
Providing real-time solutions to client challenges, ensuring they never feel stuck
Adjusting programs as needed to keep clients progressing
Supporting clients through obstacles and helping them stay accountable
Using your coaching expertise to create a personalised experience.
Establish long term relationships with clients through word class support and success
What We’re Looking For
No experience needed must have certs.
Passion for coaching, accountability, and problem-solving
Ability to connect with clients online and build strong relationships
High standards for client experience and results
Someone who wants to be part of a team, this is not for those looking to start or continue their own business
Someone who is tech savvy and able to learn quickly

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
No weekends
Supplementary Pay:
Commission
