Job Description
We are currently hiring coding tutors for online classes for students from Grade 3 to 12 and college. Candidates must be able to demostrate proficiency in the below coding languages:
• Scratch
• Python
• Javascript
• Java
• HTML
Note: This is a remote (work from home) position. Accepted candidates will begin on a part-time/contractual basis, and progress to a full-time position per excellent performance. Candidates will be assigned a weekly schedule of 1-hour classes to conduct. Our current starting hourly compensation is 250 INR.
Tutors will:
1. Hold private or group tutoring sessions with students based around the world (ie. United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia and others).
2. Have the opportunity to get involved with a start-up in a high-growth industry right from the
outset.
3. Obtain experience in teaching students from around the world.
Candidates must:
1. Preferably have 2 or more years of tutoring experience.
2. Preferably have a BSc. or related degree or higher.
4. Be able to work during timezones other than candidate's local timezone (USA, Australia, Canada).
5. Be able to tutor children the age of 8 right up to college students at the age of 22.
6. Be motivated, self-starting individuals with a growth-oriented mindset
