Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online chats from customers in a professional and efficient manner.
2. Assist customers with product inquiries technical support, order processing, and issue resolution.
3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
4. Collaborate with other team members to provide seamless and cohesive customer support.
5. Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate team members for resolution.
6. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide valuable information to customers.
7. Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets and KPIs.
8. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements:
