Responsibilities:
• Client Engagement:
• Reach out toclients who have inquired about their benefits
• Schedule appointmentsto discuss and review the benefits in detail
• Conductvirtual benefit reviewswith clients via Zoom, providing them with tailored insurance solutions
• Enrollment Support:
• Guide clients through theenrollment processfor their life, accident, and health benefits
• Finalizereport cardsfor each client after completing their benefits overview, ensuring clarity and understanding of their coverage options
• Relationship Building:
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and addressing any questions or concerns about their coverage
Qualifications:
• Communication Skills:
• Exceptional ability to engage with clients and explain benefits clearly and effectively over Zoom
• Technical Proficiency:
• Basic computer skills and comfort with virtual communication tools, especially Zoom
• Work Ethic:
• Dedicated to providing superior service and following through on client needs and inquiries
• Dynamic Personality:
• Apositive, energeticdemeanor that fosters lasting client relationships
• Time Management:
• Strong organizational skills to ensure productive and efficient scheduling and follow-up
• Leadership Experience(preferred):
• While not required, leadership experience is a plus as it can open doors for further development and career advancement
