As an Online Membership Consultant, you are the first point of contact for all web leads interested in MOVATI and creating an unparalleled member experience for prospective members: building an immediate connection, learning about their fitness goals, prior workout history and documenting your findings in our customer data base (CRM). Each call will also have the intention of educating prospects on the many unique amenities and services that MOVATI has to offer scheduling a personalized club visit with the mindset to get started with a MOVATI membership.
You will work as part of a group, but also independently with minimal supervision. If working in an unstructured and ambiguous situation doesn’t intimidate you or working in an environment where you get to be part of a newly created team motivates you, this job could be a fit for you!
Candidate must be located in the Windsor area.
Qualifications:
We know experience can come from a wide range of industries so, we’re looking for customer service-oriented professionals who have related work experience in sales, marketing or administration. You’re familiar with meeting goals and objectives and you hit these targets with your tenacity and strong ability to communicate. You also understand that our business is not just Monday to Friday and so, you’re available to work days, evenings and weekends.
Past Industry experience that can translate to success in this role include Customer Service Representative, Member Services Representative or Sales Associate.
