The Online Product Coordinator is responsible for coordinating a portfolio of new and existing online products for Harvey Norman. Additionally, the position is responsible for assisting the Vendor Manager in maintaining internal and external relationships. Key Responsibilities:
Work with multiple integrated systems for maintaining and loading new products online.
Liaise with suppliers to coordinate promotional offers, maintain products, and assist in day to day.
Provide ad-hoc reporting on request of the Vendor Manager.
Assist in promotional planning, implementation and forecasting of upcoming trends.
Support the coordination of meetings.
Build and maintain productive working relationships with all suppliers and internal staff.
Maintain the product database and other general administrative duties

A creative flair with the ability to think innovatively.
Ability to prioritise and control workload in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
Exceptional communication and customer service skills with an ability to quickly build constructive, effective relationships with all stakeholders.
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
Position qualifications and experience:
Relevant tertiary qualifications preferred but not required.
Previous experience working in Customer Service preferable experience in an online retail environment.
