Responsibilities
1. Online Reservation Management:
• Handle online reservations made through the hotel's website, third-party booking platforms, and email inquiries.
• Accurately enter and update reservation information, including guest details, room preferences, and special requests.
2. Customer Engagement:
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests related to reservations via email, chat, or phone.
• Provide a high level of customer service by addressing guest concerns and assisting with booking modifications or cancellations.
3. Availability Monitoring:
• Continuously update room availability status based on bookings, cancellations, and changes in inventory.
• Implement strategies to optimize room occupancy and revenue.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field preferred).
• Proven experience in hotel reservations, front office operations, or a customer service role.
• Proficiency in hotel reservation systems and property management software.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and guest-focused environment.
• Knowledge of hotel revenue management principles is advantageous.
• Familiarity with local regulations and industry standards related to reservations and guest services.
