Job Description
The main function of this role is to assist customer in purchasing jewellery online in our own website through chat, call and email. This role requires person to collaborate with both customers & internal teams on product enquiry, after sales service like order queries, feedback and complaints.
Responsibilities:
This role is focused towards generating sales online for the company by offering best possible jewellery to customer
Responsible for inbound/outbound prospect calls and convert them into sales.
Responsible to handle chat online and help customer in jewellery buying journey
Work on two key metrics Increase Sales and Customer Satisfaction
Should have or ready to learn jewellery as a category and calculations
Adhering to processes and quality standards
