What is required:

· Experience: At least one year's experience teaching Swedish to adults online.

· Creativity & Innovation: Strong listening skills, empathy, and the ability to bring fresh ideas to the table.

· Flexibility & Motivation: Adaptable and driven to provide the best learning experience.

· Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with educational platforms like Twee, Wordwall, etc.

· Proficiency in MS Teams: Experience teaching using Microsoft Teams.

· Educational Background: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in education.

· Morning availability: Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays from 11:30 to 12:30 EST

Nice-to-haves

· Experience teaching on MS Teams

· Very functional level of English (B2 and above)
