Role & Responsibilities:
• Do a Trial Class: Show Grownups/Adults how great our classes are. Make it fun!
• Teach the Real Classes: After they sign up, teach them regular 1-on-1 classes using our fun books and lessons.
• Be a Cheerleader: Always give them helpful feedback so they keep getting better.
• Be On Time: Stick to your schedule for all classes.
What Makes a Great Teacher for Us?
• You Love Teaching: You have excellent skills to teach Public Speaking.
• You Pay Attention: You notice the small details and speak/write clearly.
• You Make Friends: You can build a great relationship with them and make the lesson feel like a fun game, not just a boring task.
• You Know Tech: You are comfortable using a laptop and the internet for teaching.
What You Need to Be Eligible
• Speak and Write English Perfectly.
• Work 6 Days a Week: This includes being available on Saturday and Sunday.
• Work 3-4 Hours Every Day.
• At Least 1 Year of English Teaching Experience.
• Have Good Wi-Fi and a Laptop with a Camera.
Your Work Time (US/Canada Focus)
• 4:00 AM to 8:00 AM IST (Indian Standard Time)
