About the Role:
As our Landscape Foreman, you’ll lead a crew in the installation of residential and commercial landscape projects. You must be experienced in hardscape, softscape, and irrigation installs, and be ready to take ownership of job sites from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a team of installers on job sites
Read and interpret landscape plans and blueprints
Execute planting plans and softscape layouts with precision
Install and troubleshoot irrigation systems efficiently
Operate machinery and tools safely and effectively
Ensure quality workmanship and on-time project completion
Communicate professionally with clients and managers.
Experience:
3+ years of landscaping experience with (foreman installer experience preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to read and understand landscape construction plans
Skilled with tools and equipment (e.g., skid steer, mini excavator, ect
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.50 per hour
