Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Take ownership for invoicing, up to date billing, and seamless business accounts 2. Coordinate the sales team's efforts with internal teams - quality, customer & feedback loop 3. Work on accounts reconciliations, follow up on payments from clients, payment recovery, and accounts operations 4. Work on timely loan repayment, TDS filings, account submissions, and coordinating with chartered accountants 5. Build a strong operations pipeline & ensure timely purchase of raw materials, packaging materials, stock keeping, etc. 6. Manage supplier touch-points, negotiations with new suppliers, close the purchase deal & manage the inward operations 7. Build strategies to make the business profitable & do costing from time to time to ensure profitability 8. Handle internal operations, such as daily dispatch, communications, be capable to write follow up emails etc. +.
