Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Validate and reconcile invoices for corporate and travel-related expenses.
• Prepare daily cash flow reports, MIS, and ad hoc update requests from management.
• Support compliance efforts, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), Tax Deducted at Source (TDS), and other tax filings.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and audit schedules.
• Liaise with vendors, business heads, and external clients to resolve payment-related queries.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in financial operations or accounting.
• Proficiency in tools like Tally, QuickBooks, or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
• Strong understanding of AP/AR and general accounting principles.
Preferred:
• Chartered Accountant (CA)/CA Intermediate certification.
• Experience in the travel or hospitality industry.
• Familiarity with GST, TDS, and other regulatory filings.
