Job Description
- Align HR with Business Strategy: Develop and implement HR strategies that directly support and enable group-wide business objectives, ensuring workforce scalability and stability.
- Optimize Talent Management: Lead initiatives for acquiring, retaining, and developing top talent. This includes rigorous assessment processes, comprehensive development programs for leadership and employees, and fostering continuous learning.
- Enhance Employee Experience: Champion a positive, inclusive, and engaging culture, prioritizing employee well-being, diversity, inclusion, and work-life balance.
- Drive Performance & Rewards: Oversee performance management systems that align individual and business goals, and design competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Strategic HR Operations: Partner with business leaders, provide expert HR guidance, and ensure operational excellence in HR processes, leveraging data and technology for informed decision-making and digital transformation.
- Ensure Compliance & Mitigate Risk: Maintain full compliance with labor laws and regulations, and proactively identify and address HR-related risks.
- Foster Global Collaboration & Brand: Collaborate with global HR teams to share best practices and enhance our employer brand, including CSR initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
- Leadership Acumen: 12+ years of increasingly responsible HR experience, with at least 5 years successfully leading and developing HR teams in a multinational corporate environment.
- Compensation & Benefits Architect: Expertise in crafting and executing innovative and competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent.
- Full-Spectrum HR Mastery: A comprehensive understanding and hands-on experience across all facets of Human Resources, including talent attraction, employee retention, leadership development, and fostering a vibrant employee culture.
- Operational Excellence Driver: A proven ability to design and implement scalable HR processes and systems that support significant business expansion, with a strong commitment to leveraging HR technology for efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
- Local & Global Compliance: In-depth knowledge of Indian labor legislation and local market compensation practices, ensuring full compliance while contributing to a globally consistent HR approach.
