Role Overview
We are looking for a result-oriented HR Recruiter with strong experience in end-to-end recruitment to join our team. This role focuses purely on talent acquisition, with a mandate to close positions within defined timelines, manage salary negotiations, and handle seamless onboarding of selected candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for all open roles (tech and non-tech)
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand position requirements and role priorities
- Proactively source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Screen candidates effectively to ensure alignment with the job and culture fit
- Close all assigned positions within the specified timelines
- Handle salary discussions and negotiations with shortlisted candidates
- Coordinate and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires
- Maintain accurate recruitment reports and documentation
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of focused experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)
- Strong ability to work with tight timelines and hiring targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in salary negotiation and offer closure
- Experience coordinating onboarding processes
- Proficient with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and others
- Well-organized and self-motivated with a sense of urgency
- Bachelors degree in any discipline; HR certifications are a plus
