Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an OPD Incharge located in Jaipur with some flexibility for remote work. As an OPD Incharge, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and operations of the Outpatient Department (OPD) and ensuring the quality of care provided. You will develop and maintain relationships with patients, oversee patient flow, ensure compliance with policies and procedures, manage staff schedules, and work collaboratively with other departments.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospital administration or related field
• Experience in outpatient department management is preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, staff, and other medical professionals
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of medical terminology, patient care, and medical records management
• Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and prioritize multiple tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software programs as necessary for the role
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
