Job description:
Accountant
Job Duties:
Candidate should have strong understanding of Accounting principles, Finance, Taxation, Banking, GST and Finalization.
Candidate should have knowledge of Tally and Excel.
Prepare, review, reconcile, and issue bills, invoices, and account statements according to company procedures.
Candidate is responsible for all the entries pertaining to Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, Profit-and-loss statements, and Expense reports.
Additional Duties: Record keeping, Account reconciliation, Data entry, Deposit the collected payment in company bank account.
Monitoring of Petty cash expenses.
Complete period-end closing procedures and reports as specified.
Skills:
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in accounting & finance.
Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Speak with others using clear and professional language.
Prepare and review written documents accurately; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
Education: Bachelor's (Required)
Salary: No bar for the right candidates
