Job Summary Greetings for the day candidates!!! We are hiring for the Position of Technical Sales Executives in our Noida based Organisation. Our company provide technical support to the callers as well introduce the new plans and products for their safety and security. we've a small family of 25 people. Educational Qualification- min 12th pass Experience: 0 - 1 yrs. experience Job Location: Noida Sector 6 , near to sector 15 Candidates should be comfortable with night shift Salary: 12k - 35k + Unlimited performance based incentives +Meal+Gifts. We are looking for candidates who are having proficiency in remote access, preferably candidates who are having Experience of at least 6 months in handling US Outbound/Inbound calls. Responsibilities and Duties We are looking for the candidates with following skill sets or qualities : Executives have to take inbound calls as well have to handle outbound calls too. Need to make callers understand about technical problem. Make sales after explaining everything to the customer. Should have excellent English communication skills. Confident and self motivated with positive attitude. Able to crack sales on Pop up/Printers/Windows mixed calls etc. Take payment on gateway/cards. Maintain sales record. Qualifications and Skills Educational Qualification-min 12th pass Experience: 0 - 1 experience Technical skills: MS Excel, Outlook.
