Designation: Sales Professionals
Experience: 0.6 yrs
Candidate should be able to Leading, monitoring & motivating field sales team to achieve their individual monthly sales targets to fullest of their potential. Conducting Sales Campaign, Farmers Meetings and generating leads. Achieving team sales targets of the area.
Candidate should have knowledge of respective state market and know the Agriculture machines.
Candidate should be willing to travel 15-20 days in a month, in said location(TN, North Karnataka, Kerala, Telangana, AP).
Candidate should be able to drive sales with development dealers and distributors network, and also dealer assessment in terms of market reputation and credit assessment is very important. Also should have experience in channel in districts and coordinate for sales and sales services.
Candidate should be capability of getting feedback to develop or modify the existing product for more useful and adding value to the farmer.
