Roles and Responsibilities-:
Handling End to End Recruitment from junior to senior level from sourcing of candidates to release of the offer letter
Responsible for full-cycle recruitment:
interview, offer, negotiation, and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
Sourcing different types of talented candidates through different sourcing channels like Internal Databank, Job Portals , LinkedIn), Social Networking Sites (Facebook), Smart Recruitment Techniques, etc.
Screen & Filtering Resume & Candidates for Open positions like relevant Skills, Education, Experience, Preferred Location, and Reason for Change, Expected CTC, etc.
Execute pre-screening and telephonic interviews for junior, middle, and leadership-level positions.
Cold calls to suitable candidates.
Responsible for providing current recruitment knowledge and trends within the market.
Post jobs to appropriate job portals.
Following up with candidates for the reply, interview date, joining, etc.
The job posting, designing & update job descriptions, and conducting walk-in & telephonic interviews.
