- Performing reference and background checks
- Conducting Orientation and regular trainings for team members
- Conducting audits
- Best utilization of Company's resources for hiring process.
- Salary/PF/ESIC and other compliances
- Grievance Handling
- Will be responsible for maintaining the culture in the organisation.
