Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Manage payment of indirect taxes;
Aptitude for computer automated processes and data analysis;
Public accounting experience is a plus;
Manage day to day relationship with outsourcing service providers;
Some travel required;
Monitor accuracy of sales/use tax rates charged within our tax systems;
Detail oriented and ability to work with large volumes of data;
CPA , JD/active law license, or CMI certification;
Ability to supervise staff and lead engagements;
Maintain tax matrices for this functional area;
Respond to property tax assessment requests;
Detail-oriented, organized, team-oriented, and takes ownership of projects;
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related degree;
Manage large scale process improvements and procedures with minimal guidance;
Proficient use of technology including MS Excel, Access, and/or other tax software.
