Job Location : Chennai / Pune Position: Marketing Specialist, Virtual Events Xybion, a leading provider of digital solutions for the life sciences industry, is seeking a Marketing Specialist, Virtual Events to join our team. We are looking for a candidate with expertise in event planning, coordination, and execution, to oversee and organize virtual webinars and events. As the Marketing Specialist, you will have the responsibility of planning, coordinating, and executing webinars, ensuring that every webinar event is a success. You will be responsible for coordinating the production of virtual webinars, reporting results, and managing a 12-month events calendar. You will work closely with our marketing team to ensure the success of every virtual event and webinar. Responsibilities: Plan in-person and virtual events from start to finish according to key departmental objectives Perform market research to ensure the events are tailored to the target audience Coordinate multi-channel digital event marketing Provide suggestions to enhance the event’s success Lead promotional activities for all events Analyze event success and prepare reports Provide appropriate briefing and direction to virtual event and webinar execution staff Requirements: Immaculate written and verbal communication skills Organized, creative, and efficient Skilled in events or project management Preclinical, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or regulatory laboratory experience preferred Event Industries: Life Sciences Biotechnology Laboratory Pharmaceuticals Research and Development If you are passionate about the life sciences industry and want to be part of a team that is transforming the life sciences industry, we would love to hear from you!
