Roles and Responsibilities
• Should have experience in Employee Life Cycle, HR Operations
• Supporting in Onboarding and induction process
• Employee Connect & Grievance handling, Exit Management
• Issuing offer letters , relieving letter . FNF clearances .Asset submission
• Should strong verbal & Written communication . Interactive personality
• Manage employee Information and personal files/ employee records
• Executing transfers/promotions/confirmations, etc., as per process
• Handling employee queries over phone/email/portal and ensuring time-bound closure
• All Policy/Process documentation, access and education/awareness
• Defining Metrics/SLAs and regularly measuring/reporting performance to business
• Improving efficiency and effectiveness in HR delivery
