Suitable candidates should have the expertise to perform ticket issuance, re issuance, cancellation, refunds, customer support via chat or call and resolve all client issues with exceptional customer service skills.
Shift Timings - Any +hrs between 8am - 8pm ( Day Shift)
Working days - 6
Week off - 1 rotational
Salary - Fresher 18k / Experience 21k CTC
