JOB OPENING FOR THE POST OF ACCOUNTS
LOCATION-PUNJABI BAGH DELHI

JOB PROFILE-
Key Result Areas:
• Monitoring P2P Process, Accounts Receivables, Cash Management, General Ledger and Banking & Reconciliation
• Administering bill passing & check calculation of taxes, quantity and so on
• Analyzing the monthly financial statements on Trial Balance, Profit & Loss A/c, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow Statements and Variance Analysis; performing job analysis and ensuring timely closure of the month
• Maintaining an account of outstanding debtors & creditors; reporting the same to the senior management
• Generating timely MIS reports and cash at bank statement & cash budget statements on a weekly basis and daily & monthly bank reconciliation statements; reconciling receivable & payables with their respective statements
• Preparing the audit requirement data format and submitting to auditors for auditing; coordinating with them at the time of audit closure; reviewing compliance with Accounting Standards; building a culture of quality for the audit team; ensuring that audit documentation is in compliance with quality standards of the firm
• Ensuring reclassification and accounting of wrong or unaccounted entries prior to closure of the General Ledger; preparing and explaining weekly profit & loss projections; establishing product line profit & loss statements to identify opportunities and risks
• Reviewing outstanding items and resolving financial discrepancies; coordinating with customers & branches to accrue the outstanding payments
