Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process. Negotiating salary and closure before given deadlines using various resources.
• End to End Lifecycle management of candidates
• Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.
• Recommend strategies to motivate employees.
• Investigate complaints brought forward by employees.
• Coordinate employee development plans and performance management.
• Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
• Manage the organizations employee database and prepare reports.
• Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
• Assist with budget monitoring and payroll.
• Keep UpToDate with the latest HR trends and best practices.
• Attendance Management
• Basic understanding of statutory compliance/ various regulations
• Knowledge of labor legislation & legalities in relation to HR & employment rights
• Assist in the development and execution of various HR policies and procedures.
• Responsible for maintaining and/or managing various HR information (MIS) and dashboards.
• Planning, implementing and organizing various employee engagement activities in conjunction with the Reporting Manager.
• Experience of dealing with senior management.
• Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
• Grievance Handling
Exit Interview Professional Attributes:
• Admin experience will be an added advantage.
• Good understanding of Technology hiring services such as Windows, Exchange, VMware & Storage will be an added advantage.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Exemplary planning and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
• High level verbal & written communications skills and strong negotiation skills
