KRAs
The IT Training Talent Acquisition Specialist Would be Responsible to
Interact with Sales team to understand the Client IT / Technology Training needs
Quick research on the Technology and build a strategy to acquire best Trainer/Consultant
to deliver the Technology Training Program.
Identify the Consultant/ Freelance Trainer / Working Professionals & Expert in
Delivering the Short term Training programs within the defined TAT from various Job
portals and Professional Social networking sites.
Engage with the Trainer/ consultant to assess them on various parameters (Technical,
Behavioural, Training Experience, etc.), and extract information and relevant Data for the
decision-making process.
Negotiate with the Trainer/Consultant as per the allocated budget.
Identifying Back-up Trainer/Consultant for each training program to avoid cancellation
and seamless delivery.
Coordinating with sales or delivery team for the Technical evaluation call with the client
SME and finalization of Training program.
Creating the Database/Pool of IT /Technology Consultants and Trainers on regular basis.
Building a strong relationship with the Trainers/ Facilitators/Consultants.
Job skills
Extensive Experience in Talent Acquisition for IT / Technology Hiring. Experience in
Technology training would be an added advantage.
Delivering best results /output in the defined TAT and working in pressure situations.
Demonstrating proficiency in utilizing a variety of Talent Acquisition strategies to identify
best Trainer/consultant / Professional
Experience in a high volume calling and fast-paced environment
Flexible and proactive/self-motivated
