• Proactively develop client relationships by means of chat/ Mails.
• Effectively communicate with subject experts over the calls/ chat
• Follow-ups from Client and experts
• Quality check of the assignments completed by the subject experts.
• Record all pertinent information into the company's database ensuring the integrity of the database.
• Meet expected levels of activity and results.
The Profile
Key Competencies:
• Candidates must have good communication and writing skills and good hands on computers
• Should have good hands - on experience for using Computers, MS - Office
