c)Sharing photos of device test results on Safehur’s Whatsapp group
d)Daily Update Report on devices received.
e)Update the Stock Inventory
f)Daily Stock Accounting
i)At Hyderabad

iv)In-transit - return
3)Device Receiving of the replacement device
a)Visual and Data Testing
b)Sharing of photos
c)Updation of inventory
4)(daily) Device Safe-keeping and Storage
a)Ensure safe-keeping of devices, accessories and packing materials
b)Daily Stock-taking and Inventory Report
i)Devices
ii)Packing Box
iii)Accessories
5)Device Replacement Process for non-functioning devices
a)Device diagnostics
b)Share photos with Corporate team over Whatsapp group
c)Speed-post of the device
d)Receipt of new Device/s from Safehur and Inventory update
6)Diagnosis of any damaged devices
a)Diagnose damage type and identify source/ root cause
b)Allocate it to Causative Agent – Vendor (Safehur) or Client (ANI)
c)In case of any dispute w.r.t Device/ Accessory / Packing Material loss, mark escalations to:
i)Safehur – Project Head
ii)ANI – Logistics Head
d)File Damage Reports and update Claim Reports
7)Follow-up with drivers during trip (30 minutes daily) for truck arrival status at DC,
a)In case of truck exceeding time limits per route, daily tracking of movement until final arrival at destination DC
8)Follow-up with
a)Customer team at DCs for daily packing & device dispatch, &
b)Courier Co. for tracking receipt, device pick-up & Delivery status @ Hyderabad
+)Proper upkeep of documents (30 minutes per week)
a)Dispatch receipt OF Courier company for device tracking
b)Dispatch receipt of device couriered to Safehur (Damaged devices)
10)Hiring and day-to-day supervision of technical staff
11)Weekly Program Reporting to the Safehur Management
12)Working hours & Leaves: these will be aligned with those adopted by the Customer
a)Workdays to be aligned with the working days at AkzoNobel (Hyd)
b)Work-hours: 10am – 8pm
