Operation Executive: - 1. To ensure 100% right valuation - capturing the right cartage, proper stone deduction, avoiding/preventing spurious/unacceptable ornaments. 2. Ensure to bring in New Customers and maintain a good relationship with existing customers for generating renewal & referral business. 3. Ensure to call customers as per leads and update the system. 4. Participate in marketing activities to improve the brand visibility of the Recapita Finance Pvt Ltd branch in the catchment areas and to generate leads of prospective customers. 5. Drive cross-sells of other financial products to existing customers. 6. Ensure strong follow-up for interest collections to keep NPAs in control.
