Job Description
Responsibilities
-Inventory Management:
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure an adequate stock.
Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective measures.
Coordinate with the procurement team to maintain optimal inventory levels and minimize stockouts.
-Order Processing:
Oversee the end-to-end order processing workflow, including order entry, verification, tracking, and fulfillment.
Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders.
Manage returns and exchanges, resolving any issues promptly and ensuring customer satisfaction.
-Logistics Coordination:
Liaise with shipping carriers and logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of orders.
Track shipments and address any delivery-related issues or delays.
Optimize logistics processes to minimize shipping costs and improve delivery speed.
-Customer Support:
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via various channels, including email, phone, and live chat.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing queries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
Collaborate with other teams to identify recurring customer issues and propose process improvements.
-Process Improvement:
Identify operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and propose and implement solutions to enhance operational effectiveness.
Continuously monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
Streamline existing processes and develop new procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
Proven experience in operations management, preferably in an ecommerce or retail environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high levels of accuracy.
Proficiency in using inventory management and order processing software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with logistics and shipping processes.
