Updating and Maintaining Sold out for Contracted Hotel.
Updating Offers and revised rates for Contracted Hotels.
Job Description:
- Be a part of the Operations team / Team lead for operations:
- Responding to client queries & ensures they are completed in time.
- Handling enquiries with an appropriate level of efficiency and sales techniques
- Upload rates and inventory for self contracted hotels.
- Handling the entire reservation process and ensure that the data is correctly entered into
the system
- Interacting with clients to assist them with doubts or queries
- Interact with suppliers for amendments, modifications, refunds or client service issues
- Manage traveler issues arising during the trip
- Participate in office administration & supplier relationship.
Working Days : Monday to Saturday [ 2 & 4 Saturday off ]|10.30am to 07.00pm
