Sigma Trade Wings is seeking an Operation Executive for a full-time on-site role located in Lucknow. The Operation Executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as managing our clients' accounts, communicating with clients via email and phone calls, data entry, and report generation.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
• 1+ years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office applications
Job Description:
· Client and Agency Coordination
· Servicing the Client with all its Needs i.e. Planning/ Buying /Execution.
· Taking Brief of activity from Marketing team/Agencies /Clients
· Making plans as per market with the best possible sites & rates
· Taking care of Job Orders/ Purchase Orders from the clients & also for the vendors
· Coordinate with the execution department for the implementation of the plan
· Sending photographs in PPT format.
Location: Lucknow
Salary: 1.8 lpa - 2.5 lpa
