Job Description
Job is office based in location with rotational shift and week offs as per duty roaster.
Good English communication both spoken & written, Presentation & customer handling who will be candidates appearing a computer-based test.
Manage Computer Based test center operations end to end, efficiently.
Invigilation in test lab and assist candidates with possible solution as per process.
To ensure systems are up and always running and regular health checks are performed
Handling of test material & test related equipment securely
100% audit readiness. Ensure Centre meets audit Global standards.
Ensure the testing process and procedures are followed as per the documented guidelines.
Speaking tests are conducted as per defined guidelines & protocol and management of speaking test
Coordinate with the support office in Gurgaon in downloading the test day material & uploading the same after the test
Ensure the test starts in time and offering best testing ambiance to the candidates.
End to end test management for all modules of test (Listening, reading, writing & speaking)
Report of any activities, Reports, anomalies, or doubtful cases to the com

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
