About the Role:
As a Operations Executive, you are responsible for contacting Agents to onboard customers. As a member of operations team, you will be responsible for achieving
specific targets. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate
records and providing management with updates.
Role and Responsibilities:
● Contact Agents by phone to onboard customers.
● Research customer accounts to identify the best contact information and payment
options.
● Negotiate payment arrangements with customers.
● Follow up with agents to ensure smooth flow on time.
● accurate records of all customer interactions.
● Provide updates to management on collection progress.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelors, Any
● Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in the collection department.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Demonstrated proficiency in Marati, Kannada, Hindi and English,
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Strong organizational and time management skills.
● Experience with collections software is a plus.
