Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and support requests through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to operations, logistics, or product/service delivery.
Collaborate with internal teams such as logistics, sales, and production to resolve customer concerns and ensure a smooth operational process.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Provide customers with product and service information, as well as updates on orders and deliveries.
Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in operations and customer support processes.
Ensure timely and effective communication with customers, keeping them informed of order status, delays, and other pertinent information.
Assist in the development and implementation of customer support policies and procedures to improve overall customer satisfaction.
Provide training and guidance to junior customer support representatives as needed.
Stay up to date with industry trends and company products/services to provide accurate and informed support to customers.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
