To ensure delivery, pick up, of B2B every day in order to meet the service levels and customer experience.
Assign driver for customer booking if needed.
Good knowledge of excel.
Good communication skill in Hindi, English and Bengali.
Monitor every bookings and resolve the problem of drivers and customers.
Experience: At least 1 years of experience in logistics sector as a operation executive.
