Job Description
- Product Development: Create and manage travel packages for individual travelers (FIT) and groups (GIT).
- Supplier Management: Source and negotiate with hotels, tour operators, and other suppliers to secure favorable terms.
- Operations Coordination: Ensure seamless execution of tours, monitor service quality, and resolve operational issues.
- Team Collaboration: Work with the operations team and management, providing support and resolving queries.
- Customer Service: Maintain client communication and collect feedback to improve services.
- Group Travel: Negotiate group fares with airlines and manage vendor relationships for group bookings.
- Reporting and Analysis: Collect and analyze data to improve operational performance and prepare regular reports.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years in travel operations, specifically in FIT and GIT.
Skills: Strong negotiation, organizational, and communication skills; proficiency in travel booking systems; ability to work under pressure.
