Job description of Operation Executive:
• NEED ONLY MALE CANDIDATE
• Assisting with the management of daily operational activities.
• Responsible for managing resources to ensure that they are used efficiently to meet production targets. It also includes manpower, materials, and time management.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth coordination of projects and operations.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain and organize operational documents, reports, and records.
• Problem-solving: Oversee the daily functions of the business. Address operational issues as they arise, troubleshoot problems, and find effective solutions.
• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns they may have.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in operations management or a similar role, Freshers can also apply.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with operations management software.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
