Position - Operations Executive
Timing - 10 am to 7 pm
Location - Bhopal
Profile Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Operations Executive. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure smooth and efficient operations within the team, focusing on understanding requirements, maintaining records, analyzing data, and generating reports and seamless order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintaining Excel sheets for tracking team progress and reporting.
• Oversee the end-to-end order fulfillment process, from order receipt to delivery. Implement quality control measures and ensure all customer orders are accurate and timely
• Data Analysis and Reporting
• Conducting root cause analysis of Excel sheets for team members.
• Analyzing individual team member sheets and generating reports on a daily basis.
• Providing insights and recommendations based on analysis to improve team performance.
• Creating and documenting processes to ensure consistency and quality.
• Generating Management Information System (MIS) reports.
• Coordinating with external partners such as Ship Rocket, Easycom, Derry Berry, courier services, etc.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Any Graduate Degree
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
