Operation Executive |Female BBA BHM BAENG BAENV BASOCIO BSC

Job role includes reporting and assisting management to run office operations. Monitoring day to day office operations. Communicating and answering telephone calls and emails. Keep track of daily operations. Scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings and events. Maintaining office environment healthy with professional manner. Handling inquiries and sorting mails. Following up project teams and resources. Maintaining records and documents. Keeping data in computer word excel etc, creating reports and make powerpoint presentations when required. Monitoring office supplies. Following up projects apart from softwares like health education related projects. There might be little travelling. Its office desk job having little travelling when required for official work. Performing few administrative tasks etc.

Any BBA BHM BCA AHTM BAENG BASOCIO BAENV BAJM BAECON BAANTHRO BCOM BSC or equivalent qualifications having good communication skills and basic computer knowledge, preferably females below 28 years age can apply for this post. Freshers can apply also. Work at office only.
