Job description
As an Operations Executive, you will play a critical role in ensuring our business processes smooth and efficient operation. You will work closely with various departments to coordinate and streamline activities, manage resources, and ensure our operations align with company goals and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operational Management:
Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of processes. Monitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Resource Coordination:
Coordinate with different departments to ensure resources are utilized efficiently. Allocate tasks and resources to team members and ensure timely completion.
• Process Improvement:
Analyse current operational processes and identify areas for optimization. Recommend and implement improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Work on automation and technology integration to streamline operations.
• Compliance and Reporting:
Prepare and submit regular reports on operational performance, metrics, and KPIs.
• Team Collaboration:
Support the operations team in meeting targets and resolving operational issues. Facilitate communication between departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Qualifications:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Advanced Excel.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
