Roles & Responsibilities
•Establish and enhance operational processes, procedures, and policies.
Manages multiple concurrent web and digital marketing projects from start to launch, ensuring all requirements have been met, sites are thoroughly tested and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Be accountable for translating customer needs and business goals into compelling interactive customer journeys and subsequent business requirements.
Regularly use competitor analysis to help shape ideas and identify potential opportunities to optimize digital experience.
Ability to develop prospect and customer journey analysis to drive engagement, improve visitor interactions, and optimize the performance through Digital Marketing.
Manage web content and coordinate changes, revisions, and upgrades.
Supervise and/or assist in preparation and submission of documentation, such as proposals, progress reports, or other contractual requirements.
Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, a data-driven mindset.
Guiding teams on projects and product development cycles, focusing on flexibility, speed, communication, and continuous improvement through the use of retrospectives.
