Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Management:
• Oversee daily operations of the healthcare facility such as assessments, pathology
tests etc., ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery.
• Coordinate with various departments (e.g., customer experience, network, vendors)
to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor and optimize the use of resources, including personnel, equipment, and
supplies.
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and protocols to improve
patient care and service delivery.
2. Compliance and Quality Assurance:
• Implement and monitor quality assurance programs to maintain high standards of
patient care and safety.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with internal and external
standards.
3. Financial Management:
• Monitor financial performance, including cost control, revenue enhancement, and
efficient resource allocation.
• Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate billing, coding, and
financial reporting.
4. Staff Management:
• Supervise and support administrative and operational staff, ensuring they are
adequately trained and equipped to perform their duties.
• Manage staffing levels, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
• Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork, professional
development, and employee engagement.
5. Patient Experience:
• Work to enhance the member experience by ensuring that all services are delivered
in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.
• Address member concerns and complaints, working to resolve issues promptly and
effectively.
• Implement member feedback mechanisms to continuously improve service quality.
6. Strategic Planning:
• Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans aimed at
improving operational efficiency and service delivery.
• Identify opportunities for growth and expansion of services within the healthcare
facility.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices to
inform decision-making.
